The company has a license agreement with the University of Southern California and Roche Molecular Systems, Inc.; patent license agreement with Roche Molecular Systems, Inc.; and services agreement with Taiho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and SmithKline Beecham Corporation. It also has a master laboratory test services agreement with GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals; service provider agreement with Affymetrix; and collaboration agreement with Shanghai BioChip Company, Ltd. and Hitachi Chemical Co., Ltd.
