In addition, GTx’s preclinical pipeline includes GTx-758, an oral luteinizing hormone inhibitor for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer; and GTx-878, an estrogen receptor beta agonist for benign prostatic hyperplasia. It has collaborations with Hybritech, Inc.; diaDexus, Inc.; MacroArray Technologies, LLC; Onconome, Inc.; and Gen-Probe, Incorporated to develop an accurate blood or urine test to detect high grade PIN.
