On January 11, 2010, PCTEL, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release that
updated its guidance related to revenues and gross margin percentage for the
three months ended December 31, 2009. The press release also included
information regarding the Company's cash flow activity for the three months
ended December 31, 2009 and its cash and investment balance as of December 31,
2009.
