Item 8.01 Other Information.

On October 9, 2009, Enable Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") received total commitments for a $500,000 loan in the form of 2009 Convertible Promissory Notes (the "Loan") provided by Hdibu LLC, Theodore Deikel and Talos Partners LLC (collectively, the "Investors"). Such Loan was reported on a Form 8-K filed by the Company on October 9, 2009.

The Company hereby announces that it has repaid the Investors the Loan in full on a timely manner pursuant to the terms of such Loan.
