On December 15, 2009, American Oil & Gas Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing a participation agreement entitled "American Announces Bakken and Three Forks Participation Agreement at the Goliath Project." The participation agreement is between the Company and Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. and covers the Company's Williams County, North Dakota Goliath project.
