Final Judgment Issued in Patent Infringement Action Against Apple Inc.

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas issued a final judgment in the patent infringement action between OPTi Inc. (the "Company") and Apple Inc.

The Company issued a press release on December 4, 2009 attached as Exhibit 99.1 announcing the issuance of the judgment.
