On November 19, 2009, Callon Petroleum Company announced an extension of the exchange offer and consent solicitation for its outstanding 9.75% Senior Notes due 2010 commenced on October 20, 2009. The press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act or incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
