Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On October 28, 2009, the Company reported net earnings of $14.6 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009, as compared with net earnings of $2.3 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2008. Net sales for the third quarter declined 12 percent to $273.4 million, from $312.2 million in 2008.
