On August 28, 2009, Landauer, Inc. issued a News Release announcing the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.525 per share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009. The dividend will be paid on October 2, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 11, 2009. A copy of the News Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
