On July 28 and 29, 2009 management of First Community Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") will present at the KBW 10th Annual Community Bank Investor Conference and meet with analysts and institutional investors. The Company expects to use the presentation in similar meetings throughout the third quarter of 2009.
