On July 15, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.10 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 3, 2009 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 26, 2009. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report is the Registrant's July 15, 2009 press release, which is incorporated herein by reference.
