On June 1, 2009 the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.017 per share on its common stock. This dividend will be payable on June 19, 2009 to shareholders of record of the Company's common stock at the close of business on June 11, 2009.
