On May 28, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its real estate division, Griffin Land, entered into a full building lease for 55 Griffin Road South. The signing of this lease was first reported at Griffin's 2009 Annual Meeting held earlier this month. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Report is the Registrant's May 28, 2009 press release, which is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
