(b) Dr. Constantine N. Papadakis, a member of the Board of Directors of Met-Pro Corporation, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 5, 2009. Dr Papadakis had served as a director since May, 2004 and served on the Company's Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Compensation and Management Development Committee.
