On April 6, 2009, ULURU Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing the Company's non-binding offer (the "Offer") to acquire all of the issued share capital of York Pharma, plc, a public limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales. On the same date, the Company also issued a separate press release regarding the Offer in connection with the Dealing Disclosure Requirements of the United Kingdom's Takeover Panel Market Surveillance Unit.
