On March 9, 2009 China Tel Group, Inc., a Nevada Corporation (the "Company"), issued a Press Release as attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K, stating its plan to continue moving forward with the aggressive deployment of a high speed wireless broadband telecommunications network in 29 cities in the People's Republic of China for CECT-Chinacomm Communications Co.
