On February 9, 2009, Enable Holdings, Inc.'s (the "Company") Board of Directors approved the termination of the Company's relationship with Gilford Securities, Inc., who had been acting as the Company's financial advisor.

The Company continues to seek financing through other channels, including through the efforts of its Board of Directors and management team.
