On May 8, 2008 Specialty Underwriters' Alliance, Inc. (the "Company") announced financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. A copy of the press release announcing the Company's results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
