The company engages in the trading and lease of aircraft, and sale of engine parts. It also provides aircraft management, aircraft and engine MRO, and aircraft disassembly services to owners of aircrafts. As of December 31, 2007, the company owned 130 aircrafts in aircraft business and managed 68 aircraft. In addition, it offers various aircraft services, including remarketing; collecting rental and maintenance payments, monitoring aircraft maintenance, monitoring and enforcing contract compliance, and accepting delivery and redelivery of aircrafts; conducting ongoing lessee financial performance reviews; periodically inspecting the leased aircrafts; coordinating technical modifications to aircraft to meet new lessee requirements; conducting restructurings negotiations in connection with lease defaults; repossessing aircrafts; arranging and monitoring insurance coverage; registering and de-registering aircrafts; and providing market research. Its management services include leasing and remarketing, cash management and treasury, technical advisory, and accounting and administrative services.
