This division also offers personal health interviews over the telephone, as well as conducts wellness screenings for health management companies, such as wellness companies, disease management organizations, and health plans. Further, it provides underwriting resource services for direct writers of life insurance and reinsurance companies. The Claims Evaluation division provides claims evaluation services for processing personal injury accident claims. It offers its services to property and casualty insurance carriers, law firms, self-insureds, and third-party administrators.
