The company’s oncology products include Carboplatin for the treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma and for the palliative treatment of recurrent ovarian carcinoma after prior chemotherapy; Doxorubicin for use in adjuvant therapy for the treatment of breast cancer; Fludarabine for the treatment of adult patients with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia; Fluorouracil, a part of a class of drugs known as ‘antineoplastics’, which are used in the treatment of various cancers to slow or stop the growth of cancer cells; Ifosfamide, a chemotherapy drug used to treat germ cell testicular cancer; and Mesna, which is used to treat the side effects associated with certain chemotherapy drugs. Its anti-infective product line consists of Ampicillin that treats various infections of the skin, central nervous system, heart, respiratory tract, sinuses, ear, and kidney; Ampicillin and Sulbactam, an injectable antibacterial combination for the treatment of various skin and skin structure, intra-abdominal, and gynecological infections; Azithromycin for the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia and pelvic inflammatory disease; Cefotetan for surgical prophylaxis; and Vancomycin, which is used to treat various Staph, Strep, or other infections.
