Its carrier services include digital loop carrier services and local switching services; long distance transport and termination; end user multiprotocol label switching aggregation; local access to Internet service providers; network optimization management software; and Internet transit and colocation services. The company’s integrated solutions include applications services; network design, implementation, and management; network and security consulting; equipment sales, installation, and leasing; and conference calling and managed services. As of March 1, 2008, it had 124,261 digital T1 transmission lines, which represented approximately 2,982,264 telephone lines for 30,000 business customers; broadband network and facilities spanned approximately 17,000 local route miles; and had approximately 3.5 million access line equivalents in service. The company operated 81 switches, 77 voice switching facilities, and 39 IP soft switches.
